Prefabricated mezzanines consist of standardized parts that are shipped to your facility for assembly on site. As such, they are typically a “one-size-fits-all” solution that may or may not suit your purposes. However, it doesn’t have to be that way. Prefab doesn’t necessarily mean your mezzanine can’t be custom designed for your requirements.

Unlike many companies, Mezzanines By Design does not carry prefabricated mezzanines in stock. Instead, we offer the option to have individual parts manufactured at our location and then shipped to your warehouse for assembly. This method provides you with a quick, safe solution to your space management needs, essentially increasing the square footage in your facility at a much lower cost than merely expanding the building or renting another location.

When you contact us to build your prefab mezzanine, we discuss your requirements with you and subsequently design the various columns and beams needed for the mezzanine. Then we send the pieces to you for quick and bolted installation. Again, no hot work is carried out on site, making this a safe and fast solution.
